Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully, as they govern your access to and use of our website www.americanadditive.com ("Site") and our services, including but not limited to 3D printing, design assistance, and file hosting (collectively, the "Services"). This license continues even if you stop using our Site and Services.

a. You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use the User Content on our Site and Services.

b. The User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

c. The User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to privacy, export control, or obscenity laws.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that:

a. Violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

Your continued use of our Site and Services after we have posted the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and American Additive Manufacturing LLC concerning your use of our Site and Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
